Terms and conditions

About this website

Darlington Patios uses this website to show what we build and to receive enquiries. You will find the operator's details on the privacy page.

Copyright

We own, or hold licences for, everything published here. Reproducing it elsewhere without consent is not allowed.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise we are not responsible for loss resulting from use of the site, and your consumer rights stay the same.

Other sites we link to

Some pages point to external sources so you can check information yourself. Their content is the responsibility of their owners.

What you must not do

Genuine requests only, please: spam, fake details and any attempt to disrupt the site or its form are not permitted.

Your use of the site

Visiting or using the site means you agree to the conditions on this page; if you disagree, you should leave.

Quote requests

Asking for a quote is free and you are under no obligation to go ahead. Any price for your job comes only from the quote itself.

Pictures on this site

Pictures on the site are example images, there for inspiration rather than as photographs of specific work.

Guidance, not advice

Content here is provided for general information. Although we try to keep it right, we can't guarantee it is complete or up to date, and no price on a page is a quote. Where planning permission may be involved, please confirm the position with the council.

Law and jurisdiction

Any dispute arising from these terms or the site will be decided under the law of England and Wales by its courts.

Revising these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
